I used elbow macaroni as you see in this picture. Don’t use the same macaroni all of the time because sameness can be very boring. Use any type of macaroni you want even if it is pene or mastacholi if you want, so be creative.I really love this because it is a spectacular dish. It is very enjoyable. I was in my 20’s when I started to make this dish. I am going to show you how it is done because this is a great beginner dish for a teenager to start learning how to cook even.
Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil first. When you cover it it comes to a boil a lot quicker and at times it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get that far for just one gallon or 4 liters of water. After you see it come to a rapid boil, add and cook the macaroni according to package directions. If there is gluten free macaroni on the market then use that one too.
After the pasta is done drain in a colander and rinse the pasta with cold water. This will stop the cooking process. Transfer the contents to a large bowl and add 5 tbs of mayonnaise, 2 tbs of mustard, or a 2 dashes of balsamic vinegar, 1 large can of tuna in water drained, 1 onion minced. You can use any color onion you wish or even a green onion if you wish because variety is the spice of life here. In mortar and pestle grind 1 pinch of black peppercorns and add to macaroni. Add either 3 dashes of seasoned salt or 1 pinch of vegtea seasoning or pink salt, 3 dashes of lemon pepper.
{1 pinch of crushed chives, 1 pinch of parsley, 1 chicken egg or 6 quail eggs hard boiled, which is 15 minutes, 1 pinch of cilantro, 1 jalapeneo or another type of green chili, 1 drop of ghost pepper or other types of extremely hot hot sauce which is all optional.} I have a net friend from the Bronx that eats scorpion pepper sauce. I know he is going to read this post and say his favorite catch phrase, bazinga lol. P.S. For instant pot duo crisp and the like fill the inner lining half way up so it can complete cover the egg and insert the trivet. Place the egg on the trivet and select either steam or sauté button for 20 minutes drain and let cool. Then rinse and add more water then place the pressure cook lid and select pressure cook for 15 minutes.
This will get the water very hot then press quick release button. Add the salt and olive oil like stovetop above and add box of macaroni and again close and select pressure cook for 15 minutes. Press quick release again and drain and add the macaroni back to the inner lining and proceed with adding the rest of the ingredients to make this recipe.
