I really love my veggies and I love stuff that is yummy and tasty. I hope you enjoy this dish as much as I do.
You can use 2 tbs of olive or corn, or canola, or peanut oil here. I prefer olive oil. Add 1 chopped onion and caramelize it. It doesn’t matter what color onions you have, it is ok to use what you have. Add 1 roma tomato and cook it down til it is a mush on low heat. Roma tomatoes are reasonable too and are the best tomatoes for making a stew/ curry base.
Add 1 bullion cube. It doesn’t matter which flavor you are using, or add 2 pinches of seasoned salt, or 2 pinches of vegtea vegetable seasoning. I used seasoned salt. Don’t add all of these together you do not want a salty succotash. Just use one or the other. Add 1 pinch of black peppercorns and crush it in a mortar and pestle or spice grinder. Chop and add 1 clove of garlic. Add one handful of each of okra, corn and lima beans and stir/ Add 3 drops of Worcestershire sauce, 2 drops of maggi or knorr aroma and stir. Add 1 drop of ghost pepper sauce or a pinch of red chili powder for heat, optional. Also you can add if you like some Creole/ Cajun Seasoning if you wish, optional.
