If you have the original post in pinned please delete that one if you see oops it is no longer there and I really apologize for the inconveniences it causes. I use pinterest too and find it very annoying to find if that recipe is not there no more.

This is a very nice smoothie you can make with any type of fruit. I used I pint of strawberries and 2 bananas for this one you see in the picture. I put them In a blender and added 4 tbs of honey. Another option is using agave nectar, or raw maple syrup.
Add 1 cup of milk and 4 tbs of plain yogurt. I added 1 pinch of tukmaria which are black basil seeds that are sold in Indian food stores. Other options are 1 pinch of flax seed or 1 pinch of chia seeds.
My husband enjoys these very much and again sorry for the inconvenience. Don’t worry my blog posts the rest are just fine.
