I was again looking for a recipe to collect and however I have seen a video recipe and I tried it out and embelished it to make it mine. There was no text for this recipe. So my recipe is based on the one I seen in the video. The video was not even in english.
I am going to give you my version of this recipe. I take anywhere between 6 to 8 goat or lamb chops and wash them. I add 3 tbs of olive oil to the cast iron skillet then placed the chops and added 1 pinch of pink salt. I kept frying it and turning often so they do not burn. I added 1/4 cup of water and turned the burner down to low heat and cooked them for 15 minutes or until they were tender.
I added 1 pinch each of rosemary and black pepper corns I have added to my mortar and pestle for grinding in to a coarse powder and I put it on the meat. I put 2 cloves of garlic in my mortar and pestle and crushed them and added it to the meat also and stirred.
I added 2 tbs of lemon juice and 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma. I stirred and cooked it for 5 more minutes and shut off the heat.
This is good to eat with pasta or rice and you can even eat it with injera. Also you can grill these too. Put them on a grill for 10 minutes per side or until done.
