This Oat fufu I love best with nkwobi and with pepper soup and the one I use is also mircowavable. I add 6 handfuls of oat fufu powder to the bowl and add 2 cups of water and make it in to a batter consistancy.
I put plastic wrap over it and place it in the microwave for 2 minutes. I remove the plastic wrap and I form the oat fufu in to a ball of dough using a spoon and my hands to shape it.
I place the plastic wrap over it again and cook for another 2 minutes. This time it is ready to eat with any pepper soup dish and nkwobi.
