Green Chutney

This Chutney goes with bun kabab. Bun Kabab Homemade Whole Wheat Bread Rolls

I added the link  for the bread rolls too because it goes on the bread rolls along with the vegetables that goes on the kabab itself.  I mean lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion.

This is Karachi street food. However  it is  very much Pakistani.

I added to this container that came with my imersion blender  4 tbs of yogurt, 3 pinches each of cilantro and mint, 1 pinch each of turbinado sugar and pink salt,  1 tbs of water, 1 green chili cut in 3 pieces, 1 clove of garlic and blended.

This is the top and the side views of this chutney and it is the recomended chutney to go with bun kabab.
