This dish is so divine that I have to make it in to a blog post. It was very tasty and I am amazed that this yummy dish Is a hit at my dinner table, so here it goes.
I washed cleaned and cut 2 lbs or 2 kilos of green beens. First you cut the woody part of the tops off. If you are using frozen, this step can be skipped.
In a wok that is on high heat add 1 oz each both of sesame and corn oils then the green beans. Stir fry these until they are nearly done. Add 1 pinch each of white and black sesame seeds, 1 small piece of ginger and 3 garlic cloves, 3 green onions then stir.
Here you can add either 1 small red chili. It can be dried or fresh or 1 drop of hot sauce also known as chili sauce or you can add 1 pinch of red chili powder. Stir and add 1 pinch of white pepper, 1 tsp of either fish sauce, crab paste, oyster sauce or shrimp paste, 3 dashes of tamari, soy sauce or panzu, 1 tsp each of rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, stir again and turn off the heat.
Serve with white rice or Chinese noodles.
I love it with plain white rice but Mr. Riaz loves his chapati. 😀
