Here was another quick meal for me because I was starving. In a small pot of water I brought 4 cups of water to boil. I added 1 tsp of palm oil. Either 1 pinch of red chili powder or African yellow chili powder. Also 1 drop of hotsauce can be used too.
I would now add 2 handfuls of dried taro leaves. Dried ugu leaves and frozen vegetables of choice like corn, okra, spinach or mixed vegetables can be added too.
I added 1 packet of noodles plus the seasoning packet that was included. I used indomie but ching’s, knorr, maggi, shan, etc. I added 1 pinch each of boni bonga fish powder and crayfish, 2 smoked shrimp, 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, 1 egg (optional) and canned fish of choice after you shut off the heat.
Lightly stir and add your canned fish of choice. My preferance is squid, octopus, sardines like titus as long as it is in oil.
