This is the first time ever I am going to post about making anything with jerk seasoning. I could do this all in one post but then I do not want to confuse my readers. And also there are different cooking times and temps for what I had in mind and Rome was not built in a day.
I had made jerk ribs before but I never posted it until today. Now everyone wants to know how I make them because it looks so good as I am told. They are just as tasty as they look and even more because I really put a lot of work and love in to all of my recipes.
The days where I am in a good mood is when I am told I make the best food according to Mr. Riaz. What I did first is preheat my oven to 400F or 200C.
I sprayed the roasting pan with cooking spray. I had some veal ribs this time. Goat, beef and lamb can be used too. Also so can add this to beef short ribs. These apply too as well.
Add 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma add the jerk paste, the link is at the top of the page. Cover and cook for 1 hour at 30 minute intervals or until done.
When I took it out it was so yummy that it was falling off of the bone. It is very much enjoyed with my next recipe so stay tuned.
