Anyway I want to express I am very thrilled I had recently reconnected with some more of my high school class mates that I was always best friends with. It is nice that we remember each and the laughter is still going on.
This recipe right here I am going to post the links that I need to make this recipe right here. Yes it is that type of post again and I really don’t mind because the chorizo is needed along with the frejoles and the tortilla.
First cut the onion, tomato and avocodo in half moon slices. Slice the lettuce and please make sure you wash your veggies before you cut them. There are lots of nasty people with lots of nasty habits in the stores that handle stuff and you do not want to get yourself sick because of them. I seen people bite the fruit without paying for it and tossing it back in with the others which is just plain gross.
Take first the warm tortilla and add to whatever you wanted on there. I like beans on mine so i added the frejoles, the chorizo I made or you can also use the vegan soyrizo which is available at jewel. All you have to if you use it add 1/4 cup of olive oil and add 1 onion or shallot sliced in half moon slices and cook them til they are light brown and add the soyrizo, This is the vegetarian and vegan options.
Do not worry my tortilla and my frejoles are vegan and it is pretty cool then all you do is top with your vegetables. For meat eaters and lacto vegetarians can add the crumbly Mexican cheese and 1 tsp of either sour cream or plain yogurt on top.
