This is my take on the hot bacon dressing from the Snuggery even though I didn’t eat it. It was because I was not eating meat at this time. At least I was trying to be a vegetaraian. I have a great imagination when it comes to food. I just want the presentation to look lovely as well as the taste. For vegetarians and vegans you can use stibbles by Worthington Farms. It is a vegetarian or vegan alternative to bacon.
In a frying pan add some cooking spray and 4 slices of either beef, turkey or vegan bacon and fry until crisp. Drain and cut in to tiny pieces and place in a food processor and pulse away until It is in very tiny pieces.
Empty it in a bowl and add 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1 pinch of pink salt, 3 tbs of balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp of agave nectar. Mix and serve with salad of choice and very yummy with last post published just now, the spinach salad. Enjoy.
