Ok as I said before in an earlier post that I was going to make a sugar free chocolate icing and here it is in all of its glory. Actually this is for a small cake and recipe can be doubled for a larger cake.
It goes like this. In a small mixing bowl mix 3 tbs of either coconut or grapeseed oil, 4 tbs of agave nectar, 1 drop each of either or of vanilla and or orange essence, 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp of nido milk powder. Mix well until it is very smooth and free from lumps. Let sit in the refridgerator to become cool. While this is cooling then it is time to bake a cake and use this on any type of cake of your choice.
