Hey there, I am sorry this is taking me so long to publish a post. However the stupid Facebook admins went after me for something I didn’t even do. Some pro Trump troll has gotten in to an abuse support group that I was in. I mostly did was comment and I was being very respectful. Facebook admins it is time for you to go after the real troublemakers in Facebook and leave me the hell alone.
I wouldn’t be surprised if there are a lot of bad apples among the Facebook admins. I couldn’t post a damned thing from my blog even because of this bullshit. However the statement I said to the ladies in the group is ladies men are such pigs and some moron had to report me for hate speech.
Now let me classify what hate speech is. It is saying bad things that is about someones religion, race and or other cultures, anything homophobic, mysogenistic, etc….. Actually if the shoe fits wear it God damn it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I got back on I even went to the group where this happened then I told my story about my abuse and that I didn’t appricieate whoever it was making a false report of me.
Now Facebook admins better get their damned facts straight. One day I was harassed very badly by perverts and I had to put my profile on private for a while where no one can send me a friend request. I only started to accept friend requests from Mr. Riaz and other members of my family and very close friends I know in real life or IRL.
I even have a block list more then a mile long and growing. I have reported to Facebook about the harrasment I got from a bunch of islamaphobes then I get a damned message saying it doesn’t voilate the terms of Facebook community. Oh really Facebook??????!!!!! Get real!!!! I even added Facebook’s ceo on Instagram and sent him a DM meaning a direct message. I told him about his lousy Facebook admins. Hey Facebook admins it is time you learn some cold hard truths about yourselves you are full of shit.
Enough of that, I am done ranting for at least for now. Now it is time to talk about this recipe here. So far I am going to change Mr, Riaz’s mind about what he thinks about chinese food. The first time I ever had a Chinese sausage was from a chinese restuarant called Charming Woks. They specialized in Szechaun an Hunan cuisines. This sausage was made of something haram which astighirallah means God forgive me because I didn’t know any better then but after that I stayed far away from anything haram.
My version of these homemade Chinese sausages are simply delicious and I hope you like them too, Take 1 lb or 1 kg of mince of either beef, lamb, goat, chicken, turkey or veal and put in a huge strainer and rinse under cold water until the blood runs out then place the stainer over the bowl to let the remaining water drain out. Make Chinese five spice powder and add to meat.
Then add this also 1 pinch each of pink salt or kosher salt, turbindao or coconut sugar, 1 drop each of chili oil, molasses and blackstrap molasses, 1 chili of any type, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 small piece of ginger peeled washed and minced, 3 tbs each of soy sauce and rice vinegar, 1 handful of rice flour for a binding agent. Heat up a wok on high heat and add 1/4 cup of peanut oil and let it get hot.
While it is doing that be sure to make your sausages and be sure the oil is on medium high heat. There are ways you can shape it. One way it is like your finger but smaller. you can make a small patty or simply just make crumbles. If you want to do the crumble part then do not add the rice flour. The rice flour is only for if you want to make a link or a patty. Forget about cassings. I do not use those.
Fry in batches of four at a time by reducing the meat to low and turn them as they brown. When they are fully brown and cooked on the inside it means they are done. Also another method of cooking these homemade chinese sausages except for the crumble part then this can not be grilled but the links and patties can. Spray the grill with cooking spray and put either links or patties on grill for 10 to 15 minutes. My grill temp since I have an electric would be at least a 3 or a 4. The same amount of cooking time is also for stovetop.
This is served with either noodles or rice with some oolong tea.
