Actually I was thinking of the late Anthony Bourdain when I attempted to make these. this is my first attempt to make deviled eggs and so far I want to showcase an impulse buy from Walmart.







When time is up, please remember to let it sit for 2 minutes before you take it out because it is very hot.

Aternatively you can make 4 hard boiled eggs stovetop in 1 qt or 1 liter of water and let it cook between 10 and 15 minutes. Drain and let cool before cracking.
Cut the egg in to two equal halves. When in doubt use the featured image as your guide. Carefully remove the yolks from the whites and smash the yolks in a bowl.
To the mashed egg yolk add either 1 pinch of pink salt or vegtea seasoning or 3 dashes of seasoned salt or adobo. Add 1 drop each of hotpper sauce, worcesetershire sauce, maggi or knorr aroma, liquid smoke, 1 tbs each of mayonnaise and mustard and stir until yolks are well blended and creamy. You can be fancypants if you want by putting the yolk mixture in a piping bag with a wide nozzel and squeeze in to the egg white cups or use a spoon to do it and make it look more rustic.
After you filled the egg whites with the egg yolk mixture, sprinkle a tiny pinch of paprika on top for a garnish. This is perfect as a snack when you want it or also eaten as party food. Anthony Bourdain is not the only one that loves these because I do too.
