Actually my Chinese sausages I have already done is a serving suggestion for this dish. First you will need to have your wok on high heat and add 1/4 cup of oil of peanut, corn, or canola, 2 drops of sesame oil. However I have a recipe for stir fried eggplant so I do not want to confuse it. This dish can be used with any Chinese vegetable of choice. You will need 1 cup each of bamboo shoots and water chestnuts either alone or with 1 small bag of peapods, 2 bunches of green onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 piece of ginger that has been peeled and washed very well.
You can jullienne 4 carrots and have 1 cup of frozen broccoli or cauliflowerettes frozen, Cook these for 5 minutes, add 1 pinch of pink salt, 1 tsp each of soy sauce and stir fry sauce. Stir cook 2 more minutes and remove from heat. 2 pinches of back or white sesame seeds or 1 pinch of white and black is purely optional but not necessary, Serve over white rice or noodles with or without your protien of chioice.
