Actually because of covid19 would make everyone bored while on lockdown. This post has pretty much as written itself and radish roses are pretty much a garnish for any salad. After I had made these then I seen tht I was supposed to soak it in cold water in the fridge in cold water for 24 hours in the fridge. I will try it this way Inshallah next time I carve radishes.
However I have taken 3 whole red radiches trimmed both ends, Then the top of the white part of the radish that I made a cut making sure tht I didn’t cut all the way to through the radish itself. Then I turned it and then made like a cross being careful not to cut through and then made it in to an asterisk design
Repeat until every radish is used up. Mr riaz was surpprized with these and he really liked them even though he ate it. When you cut make sure they are equal. Most importantly, have fun in your kitchen while on quarentine. Oh for the rest of the salad, just be sure to make any type of salad you please. Radish roses are merely an edible piece of lovely garnish.
