I was so hungry I have whipped something up in a hurry and it goes like this, scrub 5 potatoes and boil with jackets on on medium high heat for 45 minutes or until soft in 1 gallon or 4 liters of water then drain You can also add 1 chicken egg in the same pot and remove it after 10 minutes to peel. Also you can nuke the potatoes for 7 minutes in the microwave.
When soft remove and place in a bowl and mash with a fork. Open 1 can of quail eggs drained and rinced, 1 can of zabiha halal lunch meat mash this too with a fork in the potatoes. Season it with 1 tbs of mustard, 4 tbs of mayonnaise, 3 dashes of seasoned salt or adobo, or 3 pinches of vegtea seasoning, 1 drop of hotsauce, 1 pinch of herb of choice, the optional is 1onion or shallot.
