I really love how this icing came about when I had made it. It is used in red velvet cake which is the next post coming right up. It can be used also for other cakes too as well such as spice, orange, lemon, carrot, chocolate and even German chocolate too.
It takes 1 large package of cream cheese, 1 drop of alcohol free vanilla essence, 4 tbs of agave nectar, 1 tsp of either buttermilk or plain desi yogurt, 2 pinches each of xantham gum, cornstarch, 1 pinch of cream of tatar which is a stablizer and whip until fluffy.
You can also try this as a varrient 1 pinch of either grated lemon or orange peel or you can add 1 pinch of unsweetened cocoa powder or add 2 pinches of cocoa nibs and give it a good mix.
