I looked up a couple of posts on how to make powdered sugar. Obviously this is like a substitute for powdered sugar since it is white sugar.
As many of you know that I had cut the white sugar out of my life forever at least about 13 years ago.
Since then my triglycerides are normal and I have way less asthma attacks then I had before. I am also far less congested then I used To be.
I have a big food processor and a mini one that came with my immersion blender. I have a large blender too but I didn’t feel like dragging them out.
The immersion blender I can take the blade off in a snap and place this on mini blender and it pulses.
I said I want to try this and didn’t see where this was going. It came out ok in spite of turbinado sugar is pretty coarse.
To try it out I added 1/4 cup of turbinano sugar to the mini processor. The same amount of coconut sugar can also be used.
I have recently bought Bob’s red mill arrow root powder. I even have some cassava starch I bought at an African store.
I added 2 pinches of arrow root powder in the mini processor too. The same amount of cassava starch or cornstarch can be used also to make deserts or even items like french toast look pretty.
Also you can dunk your doughnuts in there to give it a nice coating.
