Actually one of my nieces made this for me last time I was in Pakistan. Mashallah she did a wonderful job and it was so tasty. They say you can’t learn anything from young children and perhaps adolescents.
Obviously they are wrong whoever said that. Even babies can show you things like how to learn to be unselfish and kind. I am so glad she has learned to cook and helping out her amazingly awesome mom. Without them this post will not even be possible.
In a cast iron skillet or wok while it is hot even add 1/4 cup of cooking oil such as corn, vegetable, canola, sunflower, safflower, olive, peanut or grapeseed. Take 1 to 2 kgs or lbs of chicken and sprikle it with 2 pinches of pink salt.
When you are heating up oil it has to be on high heat. Place the chicken seasoned with pink salt carefully in to the hot oil. cover turn the heat down to low and cover for 15 minutes then turn and repeat until the chicken is done. Turn the heat back up to high and cook until it becomes golden brown.
This can be served with either ramen noodles or waffles and greens.
