This is how I did it, the pumpkin I used was part of my dinner tonight and not part of a halloween decoration. I washed the seeds and dried them in a colander. I took foil and put it on a cookie sheet the added a drop of oil, a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of paprika and a pinch of ajwan and baked it in a oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until slightly brown. Sorry I posted this in facebook first about my pumpkin seed recipe. I was busy blog hopping as usual trying out new recipes but this one is also my own creation because I can’t shake the chili habit but it is a tasty yummy addiction anyways. Everyone that follows me and is on my friend list on facebook loves to see my foodie posts even my family knows too. It is that I don’t mean to torture anyone, I just love to cook.

This came about that I seen everyone do pumpkin seeds everyone else does it. The commercially prepared one is too salty for my taste and it is not to my liking so I wanted to spice it up a little.
