Ok this is a quick indomie noodles dish and I made this for myself for dinner and it is already in my tummy because I have leftovers from last night. I see 9jiafoodie and others do indomie dishes.
This is perfect for nights you do not want to cook but you must because it is quick and easy. I have those days as well and I know I must cook for myself and my husband.
I put 1 tbs of red palm oil and 2 cups of water in a wok, waited for the water to boil and opened a package of indomie noodles. It can be maggi or other type of noodles too. I added 1 pinch of red chilli powder, 1 pinch of crayfish, 4 piece of smoked dried shrimp, 4 curry leaves, 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, either 1 chili of any type fresh, frozen or deseeded, if dried crumbled, 1 pinch of red chili powder if using or African yellow chili powder or 1 drop of hot pepper sauce.
If you can’t find curry leaves add 1 pinch of curry powder. I also used the seasoning packets that came with the noodles and cooked the noodles till they was soft and was semi dry.
1 egg is optional and can be added. The curry leaves, curry powder and red chili powder is sold in Indian stores and the dried smoked shrimp and crayfish is sold at African food stores.
P.S. If the noodle packet has a spice powder in there that is very spicy, omit the chilies, chili powder or chili sauce.
