From what I know about Ijebu gari was from the African food blogs. This is going to be a brief post because my iPad is really aggravating me at this point. I put
3 handfuls of Ijebu gari in a bowl, added 2 tsp of honey and 1 cup of filtered water at room temp and no ice. You can add ice if you want to and have it as cold as you want.
I added 5 peanuts.
Actually it tasted so good that it tasted nearly like Goya malta.
