I do not know why this post will not publish. I am very frustrated here. My post was refusing to save in the draft and this is really taking the piss. I was ready to reboot my bloody pc if this did not clear up. Now the joker is saving and it is a bout time and sorry for my tirade and it is getting frustrating. I wonder how many other bloggers feel this way. Even my stupid wordpress app on my ipad crashes and i have had more then enough already.
My family really loves this chutney a lot and we eat it from everything to kabab to pakoras. It also goes very well with rice dishes. I ground 1 pinch of pepper corns with mortar and pestle and put it in a bowl followed by 1 green chili and 1 clove of garlic chopped for ease of grinding.
After I added this to the bowl I added 1 pinch of cilantro and 4 tbs of yogurt. this yogurt is very creamy and it is the desi (native) kind which you can buy in any Indian and Pakistani grocery store. I add 1 pinch of pink salt and 2 tsp of water to the nearly ready made chutney and I stir very well to mix it and now it is ready to be consumed and enjoyed.
