I learned how to make this from visiting differnt sites and my various pins in Pinterest. Actually however I have my own addaptation of the chermoula recipe.
This is used for any dish that is made with seafood. I found out last night it is even tasty with eggplant as well.
I added 1 pinch of cumin to the mortar and pestle and emptied it in to a bowl. I ground 2 garlic cloves with mortar and pestle and added it to the bowl with the freshly ground cumin seeds. I added 1 pinch each of parsley, cilantro, pink salt, red chili powder, paprika and cinnamon. I stirred to combine then added 2 tbs of olive oil and 2 tbs of lemon juice.
I blended everything together and this is used for seasoning seafood.
