First preheat your oven to 350 degree F or 177 degree C and make tandoori masala or use store bought.
If using homemade use the link above and coat the turkey in a roasting pan with olive oil, 1 clove of garlic and tandoori masala on the turkey. Rub the masala everywhere and do not miss a spot.
Put the turkey in the overn for 3o minutes if using pieces like legs and wings for 30 minutes and keep turning and cooking for another 3 minutes until it is done. If cooking a whole turkey then keep checking on the hour every hour until it is done. At this stage you can also place it on the barbecue grill after it is done completely for a more smokey flavor.
This is because the turkey takes such a long time to cook. (This step is optional.)

This picture here at the top is the stovetop method because this came out of desperation because my oven was out and Mr. Riaz had to light it later and any way it got done before he got home. I was not going to keep this guy hungry at all he works very hard and deserves to have his dinner on time. Stovetop method is for turkey pieces only and 1/4 cup of water will keep it from burning and it is still every 30 minutes of turning and on low flame until it is done. The seasoning method is the same. You can also place this on a barbecue grill when it is finished cooking if you want which is also optional.
