First of all, I want to thank everyone for the 100 or more likes. I am very humbled by it all and again I say thanks. It seems like a lot of people loves Indian and Pakistani food and vegetarian or vegen friendly items. However I eat lots of fish and twice in my lifetime I stopped eating meat except there was no way I could give up fish. Even though I had went back to eating meat, it is that my meat consumption is not heavy at all. I still like my vegetables and fish is always my favorite choice of protien.
First preheat oven to 350 F or 180 C and make or buy Tandoori Masala. After this you can make your tandoori fish. I used tilapia and this is for any type of fish really. I put a sheet of aluminum foil on a cookie sheet and added 1tbs of lemon juice, 3 tbs of olive oil and smeared it until the whole entire surface is covered with olive oil.
I washed the fish and laid it on the cookie sheet and the tandoori masala I made ahead of time with 1 clove of garlic that I had smeared all over the fish.
I popped it in the oven and set the timer for 10 minutes and flipped it over and cooked it for another 10 minutes. You can also grill this fish on a grill and cook at 5 minute intervals while carefully turning it over to cook on the other side. Repeat until it is done. You will know when the fish turns opaque and starts to flake.
The fish takes 20 minutes to cook and once done it is ready to enjoy with chapati or with veggie pulau.
Enjoy .
