Here I am with another single use fish masala mix for you that can be made for single use only. I make it this way so it can used fresh right after you grind it. This way is the best so you can always have the freshest fish curry as possible.
In a mortar and pestle I added 2 green cardomoms, 1 whole round red chili, 1 pinch each of fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds. coriander seeds, mustard seeds, black peppercorns and 2 strands of mace. Grind in to a powder and empty the contents in to the small bowl. Add 1 pinch of ajwan, grate some nutmeg and stir to combine then set aside.
Use this in pakistani fish curry only.
