A while back I have gotten some new chilies to try out in a recipe. They are from South America but this recipe can be used with any different type of chili and any non spicy packet of noodles or instead you can use a pinch of red chili powder or African yellow chili powder or a drop of hot sauce of your choice if you don’t want to cut chilies.
I added 4 cups of water to the pot and brought it to a boil. I added 1 tsp of palm oil, 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, the noodles and flavor packet, 1 pinch of chili powder if using or hot sauce if using or 1 chili if using. If you are using hot chilies, cut in half and remove the seeds.
I used 1 aji limo chili and they can be found in Latin markets or shall I say Spanish stores.
I added 1 pinch of crayfish, 3 smoked dried shrimp and 3 pinches of uziza.
The others can be found in African markets. Adding any protien or vegetable of choice is optional.
