Surti Papdi Aur Aloo ( Indian Beans With Potato)

I wanted to try this recipe out because I have gotten a bag of surti papdi which is a type of Indian bean. I have saved and pinned several recipes on how to make these and I came up with my own recipe from there. Turkish Green Bean Dish

I love Turkish food  and I hope this comes pretty close. It was extremely tasty after I had cooked it. I used 1 kilo or 1 lb of fresh green beans cut in bite size pieces or 1 bag of frozen green beans. Any style is ok just as long as it is not in … Continue reading Turkish Green Bean Dish

Curry Burgers With Noodles

I came up with another very easy dish and this one is great to have as a lunch.  I fried 2 zabiha halal beef burgers. The yield is 2 or more depending on how many people you have to feed but the norm is 2. It makes its own oil sort of speak and I … Continue reading Curry Burgers With Noodles

Masala Pasta

I made this dish because I wanted something quite differnt then the other pasta dishes that I would make. First it was Italian then African and now I am doing an Indopak fusion from pasta. Pasta really is Chinese. Marco Polo was an Italian and he went to China to visit and bring back the … Continue reading Masala Pasta

Karela Aur Gosht (Bitter Gourd With Meat)

This is one of my favorite dishes. I adore karela (bitter gourd). I cut the karela (bitter gourd) in half and removed the seeds then I choped them in to pieces. I used anywhere between 8 to 10 karelas (bitter gourds). I put the pieces in to a colinder and added 2 handfuls of kosher … Continue reading Karela Aur Gosht (Bitter Gourd With Meat)
