This is my recipe for haleem masala and I hope you will like it. You can give it a go at any time because it is so simple.
In my mortar and pestle I added 1 whole round red chili, 1 black cardamom, 2 green cardomoms, 2 cloves, 1 piece of kabab chini (cubeb), 1 pinch each of cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black cumin seeds, black pepper corns and 1 small broken piece of cinnamon. I ground them in to a coarse powder but however if you want to use 1 pinch of cinnamon powder you can skip using the broken piece of cinnamon.
I grated some nutmeg that is equivilant to a pinch, 1 pinch each of citric acid and turmeric. I mixed it with the spices that I had already ground and now it is ready for use in making haleem.
