I don’t have a clue why I love noodles so much. Is it why they are so fun to eat, I ask myself.
The answer is yes because they are so tasty. 😋😋😋😋 This came off of my head again.
They involve mostly a can of cod livers and 1 packet of ramen type noodles. They can be any flavor of maggi, knorr, pf chings, and indomie. There is also a choice of condements too, like if you want to use chili sauce in place of a chili or a pinch of chili powder.
I add 4 cups of water to a small pot and bring it to a boil. If you are using pf chings or any type of maggi masala or chat pata noodles, don’t add the chili, chili powder or chili sauce.
You don’t want it so hot you can’t eat it. Add the packet of noodles of choice plus seasoning packets to the boiling water.
Stir and add 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, for non spicy only noodles add either or 1 drop of chili sauce. Any one you have will do.
I have used trinadad scorpian pepper sauce in mine and it is hot. I use ghost pepper sauce too on occasion and only a drop will do because it is very hot.
Or you can add only 1 type of chili of your choice and there are many and please remove the seeds then chop in to tiny pieces before adding to the pot.
another option is 1 pinch of African yellow chili powder or red chili powder. These are the choices.
Add 3 green onions cut in tiny pieces. Open and add 1 can of cod livers. Do not throw the oil from the can just add it to the pot. They come in oil and most Eastern European stores sells them.
Also Cermac market has them. My neighborhood is a mini U.N. and has everything.
Add 2 moringa seeds to a mortar and pestle then crush it before adding it to the pot. Add 1 pinch each of crayfish and dawadawa. This is optional but not necessary, add 2 pinches of achi or other soup thinker of choice.
When I tasted this, it was telling me that this is delicious.
Now go ahead and make you some and try it. I would love to read your comments about it.
