I was in one of my moods last night where I did not feel like I wanted to do anything. It is nothing wrong with me. It is just me at times so don’t get me wrong, ok. Only Allah can judge me. It was one of these last minute things again and Allhumduallah I have such an understanding husband.
Plus I was very undecided on what I wanted to do and I got hungry so I wanted something quick easy and filling. I sprayed my wok or cast iron skillet with cooking spray. I will tell you why I use cooking spray. It is because it works if you are calorie conscience. Also your pans will not stick. Just spray before you even turn on your burner. This can be very dangerous.
I opened 1 can of zabhiha halal lunch meat and sliced it as thin as I could.
I put 2 to 3 slices in there and fried on both sides until they are brown on both sides. It is like frying balongna or salami. When it is slightly brown on both sides remove and set on a plate. Repeat until it is used up and spray skillet or wok in between time with burner off then turn back on and place more pieces until there is no more left.
⁶Add 4 cups of water to boil in same skillet or wok after frying the zabiha halal lunch meat. Add the 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables, open 1 packet of noodles. They can be chings, maggi, knorr, shan, indomie, etc. just as long as it is halal or vegan. Add the cake of noodles and the seasoned packet.
Let it cook until noodles and vegetables are done. Add 1 tsp of almond oil. Indian food stores has these. Place this in a bowl and serve with the fried halal lunch meat.
This is great if you want a quick dinner or a quick lunch enjoy.
