I have anothter recipe for you that is very easy. It involves a packet of ramen type noodles and a few other ingredients. Down below I am going to post a picture. It is a dashi base made of 2 cups of water bring to boil. Add 1 sheet of nori also known as seaweed. This is the type that is used for making sushi. I added 2 pieces of Chinese black fungus or shitake.

After this is done then you end up finishing up this dish. The finished product is the featured image. Ok for this seaweed and shroom base that I added 1 drop of non alcoholic mirin, 3 dashes each of siracha, either tamari or panzu sauce, maggi or knorr aroma, 1 pinch of dried shrimp. These are so tiny and you can find these at any Asian store. Chop and add 2 green onions, 1 packet of any ramen noodle type like chings, indomie, shan, knorr, maggi, etc. There are other noodle types from Indonisia. These will work as well.
Add the seasoning packet also and cook until the noodles ar tender. Add 1 can of fish or other seafood of any type in brine, oil or tomato sauce. Here I added quail eggs that has been boiled. You can boil 2 chicken eggs for 10 minutes and slice for a garnish also serve with wasabi paste too.
