Actually I made polenta earlier this evening to go with our next recipe. This is very easy and it does not take long to make. All you have to do is turn on the heat to high and bring 3 cups of water to a rapid boil. Add 1 pinch of salt which is optional and 1/2 cup of cornmeal. Cook until it becomes like a thick paste and lump free. Turn heat off and cover.
That is all because there is nothing fancy about this dish and enjoy.
