As you can see in this picture I used my new recipe of chimichurri sauce on some steak before I put it on the grill. This was ribeye steak but even t bone is great too. If you want you can even add suya spice mixed with chimichurri or by itself. The reason why I am doing this post like this is because Puerto Rican and African cooking are similar.
Spray the grill and season the steaks with 3 dashes of adobo then add either the chimichurri or suya or combo of the two if you wish and grill for 25 minutes or until done and turning frequently.
P.S. This is not just for steak alone you can also use it on chicken, turkey, fish and other seafoods, rabbit, quail, duck, veal, rabbit, lamb and goat.
