Actually this is a short and sweet recipe that writes itself. I had some leftover piece of onion from a previous recipe I had been working on. In a small Pot add 1tsp of either corn, canola, grape seed, palm, coconut, olive, sunflower, peanut or safflower oil.
Add 1 onion or shallot or 5 green onions chopped. Fry until slightly brown. Add 1 packet of any halal type ramen type noodles. Add the seasoning packet that came with the package. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook until the noodles are soft. Add 1 pinch of crayfish (optional). Let it get to a semi dry consistency then turn heat off and let stand for 10 minutes before eating.
