Actually I was off in to my noodle kick again this time with just a can of shellfish of any kind and 1 packet of ramen noodles of any type that are zabhiha halal. Add 2 1/2 cups of water to a small pot. Open the ramen noodles such as indomie, shan, knoor etc. along with the seasoning packet that comes with it. While the water is boiling add the noodles and seasoning packets in to the boiling water.
Add 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma and your choice of any type of shellfish from a can that is in either oil or brine. Add 1 or 2 eggs, 1 tsp of palm oil, 1 pinch each of crayfish, thyme, basil or sentleaf. For non spicy noodles only add 1 habenro or scotch bonnet deseeded or 1 pinch each of either red chili power or African yellow chili powder or 1 drop of hot pepper sauce.
Make sure the noodles are tender and egg is done and yolk should not be runny you crack the egg and add with the noodles and it is made similar to a poached egg and this is all done in just one pot. It is easy to make with no fuss even for busy people enjoy.
