Hey ya’ll I have a great new recipe coming your way. I was in YouTube today making a video in to my channel Khanbibi so please check it out? I was talking about the upcoming Q&A wich means questions and answers on which topic I want to talk about is food. What new recipe do you want me to tackle and blog about doing it? Besides I am looking forward in to doing this. I am also very excited we have a new president, vice president and senate majority leader. Now we can get our country back to normalicy inshallah. I would seriously love your input in the the upcoming Q&A. Please put the questions in the comments below in my group Benazir’s Blog a cooking guide.
- 1 gallon or 4 liters of water boiling on stovetop or in the instant pot and the like
- Either 1 bag or box of pasta of any type including spaghetti
- Either 3 cans of sardines in mustard sauce or oil or 1 large can of sardines in tomato sauce
- Vegetables of choice either 1 cup of fresh or frozen such as steamed zucchini, Italian yellow squash, mixed veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, carrots, peas, corn or carrots, asparagus, or any type of mushrooms also dried beans of choice such as either any type of red bean, white bean, chickpeas, blackeyed peas, black beans, lentils or adzuki boiled and drained. The beans must be cooked in a pressure cooker either stovetop or instant pot on high for 35 minutes and drained if using and use in place of the other veggies. If using a stovetop pressure cooker be sure to let the button pop up then set the timer to cook for this alotted time which is same as that of instant pot and the like then remove from heat.
- To make a mixed herb 1 pinch each of rosemary, oregano, basil, thyme, parsley, marjoram
- 3 tbs of oil of olive, corn, canola, avocado, vegetable, macadamia nut, flax seed, sunflower, safflower, coconut or peanut
- 1 handful of any type of cheese either chopped or grated.
- Either 2 chicken eggs hard boild in either instant pot using either saute or steam method for 10 minutes then drain, crack and set aside or use 1 can of quail eggs drained and rinsed.
- Condements of choice are either worchestershire sauce, 1 drop of hot pepper sauce, liquid smoke, 1 dab of horseradish, 3 tbs of mayonnaise or mustard, choice of vinegar such as: balsamic, apple cider, cane, white vinegar or tarrogan flavored vinegar.
- 2 cloves of garlic peeled rinsed chopped and crushed in a mortar and pestle, 1 raw tomato and or avocado diced, either 4 green onions, 1 shallot or onion that gets peeled rinsed and chopped except green onions gets the tops removed
- The rest are random seasonings of choice are 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, either 3 dashes of goya seasonador, adobo, seasoned salt, or 1 bullion cube crushed or 3 pinches of pink salt or vegtea seasoning.
- Actually the rest of this depends on you on what you want in your sardine pasta salad which I used spaghetti and there is no wrong way how to do this. I also used 1 large can of sardines in tomato sauce, adobo and there are a few flavors of adobo to choose from and I have quite a bit. Along with this I added some balsamic vinegar, vegetable oil, hot pepper sauce, mixed herb, ^^^^ Look up on the list for details, either maggi or knorr aroma, garlic, onion, a can of quail eggs and mixed and set this aside.
- All of the above can be used except the mixed herb and use the worchestershire sauce and horseradish in its place.
- If there is also the sardine in mustard sauce version even the one in oil will do nicely too then you can add the mustard and or mayonaise on which you prefer with all 3 ending up using a vegetable of choice or even beans that has been cooked and drained for all 3 and for two of them just add tomato and or avocado only if you wish also by adding an occational drop of liquid smoke is a total game changer if you wish. Mix to combine. Also add cheese and mix in some more and if you want the cheese melted add the sardine pasta salad to the bowl and add your choice of cheese on the top and press 100 on the microwave otherwhise this means 1 minute.
