Actually this is the ultimate fusion noodle dish using a package of ramen noodles. I know ramen noodles in a prison type setting is a hot commodity item in a commisary. I have seen cooking demos done on the After Prison Show and Banky’s youtube channels. Obviously Banky’s is more apealing and I pray to Allah soon he gets his own food truck. At the same time also I have been trying to build up my own fan base for years by churning out one delicious blog post after another.
Actually I don’t even think the After Prison Show’s or Daves’s world fan groups in Facebook is owned by either Dave or Joe from the After Prison Show is run by either Joe or Dave. I think it was by a rouge person who loves to scapegoat me and discredit me. I have a long standing beef with her because she did scapegoat me and it is a no no for any group admin to do. In my groups I Love Books and Music and Benazir’s Blog A Cooking Guide plus my fan pages Benazir’s Blog and my husband and oldest brother in law’s resturant page that the buck stops here.
There is no other admin but me. It is because I do not trust anyone because of the unnescessary drama. This trifling heifer even tried to have a pissing contest with me on a discord server and even falsely accused me of threatening her. This is not my modus of operandi. Oh I tracked her and blocked her all over social media after I told her a thing or two about her scapegoating me and I inboxed Dave from After Prison Show and Dave’s world about this matter. Plus I think that between her and Facebook also was scapegoating me too by Facebook restricting my account before President Biden’s Inauguration. I am very angry because of the fact that I was singled out by people I don’t even know. For those responsible for doing this to me, look at yourself in the mirror damn it before you pass judgement on other people.
Actually now to the recipe at hand, This starts with 1 bag of ramen noodles. The type I used were from Korea which are extremely spicy the way I like it. They are in a black bags and also come in red and gold colored too as well. I also use Chings, Maggi, Knorr, Indomie, Shan, there is also another from Korea that is in a green bag that is vegan and it has the zabiha halal label on it. These are well known for being widely sold even in the zabiha halal meat stores from where I go and shop for my meat.
- Protein choices are 1 chicken egg or 6 quail eggs, 1 can of zabiha halal lunchmeat, or any type of canned fish or other types of seafood, if you can’t find fresh quail eggs then you can open the ones in the can which are hard boiled already. In the factories they cook the quail eggs and put them in brine. With this type simply open the can and rinse and add to the noodles. The fresh qail eggs you can crack and add raw like a chicken egg. If the fish is either in oil, brine or even tomato sauce, just be sure not drain this because this adds to the flavor of the noodles.
- For the veg of choice is 1 bunch of green onions, 1 handful of either fresh or frozen and sometimes canned if there is no other option such as any type of mushrooms either fresh dried or canned which gets drained and rinsed and same goes for baby corn, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, water chestnuts either fresh canned which gets drained and rinsed also, for frozen or fresh are carrots, peas, corn, mixed, green beans, yellow beans, greens, broccoli, cauliflower, peapods.
- Vinegars are 1 tsp of tarragon infused vinigar, malt vinegar, balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, cane vinegar, rice vinegar, wine vinegar, black Chinese vinegar, lychee vinegar.
- Cooking oils in use are peanut, corn, canola, palm, almond, macadamia nut, sesame, olive, vegetable, flaxseed, grapeseed, sunflower, safflower or avocado.
- Herbs used are drumstick leaves, parsley, chives, dill weed, oregano, basil. marjaroam, cilantro, thyme, mint, tarrogan or rosemary.
- The rest of the condiments are 1 dab of shrimp of crab paste, I drop of fish sauce or oyster sauce, 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, 3 dashes of panzu, tamari, dark or light soy sauce. Add 2 cups of water to the pot and bring to boil.
This is how it is put together at the end and this is what I did and this is for an example only and it has to be like this: After the pot is on high heat and the water is boiling then cut open the packet of ramen noodles of choice from the list. I chose the extra spicy Korean noodles in the black bag and added the seasoning packets. My veg of choice was oyster mushrooms and honestly you can add the type of mushroom you like or select another type of vegetable you do like i also chose the green onions because it helps season this dish as well. The cooking oil I chose was vegetable, leche vinegar was my choice from the vinegar list, for protien of choice was the chicken egg and my seafood of choice was in a brine but they are in oil too was oysters undrained, for herb choice I chose drumstick leaves which there is only one herb of choice selected for this recipe.
From the rest of the condiments another must is what I chose is the maggi aroma, tamari and fish sauce. I cooked these until the egg vegetables and noodles are done. If using a can of cuttlefish, squid or octopus please keep in mind this goes in at the end preferably at the time you are going to serve up the noodles from the pot then put these on top of the noodles. For the rest like tuna fish, mackeral and salmon, shrimp, clams, sardines, crab as you like will make the noodles more awesome and more filling. Also fry the zabiha halal lunchmeat before making the noodles if you are going to be using this first too.
As for this nasty heifer who has been scapegoating me on discord and other social media platforms, Like I said to you miss thing just remember you better learn how to pick your fights wisley because I am not the one you want to mess with. I don’t go out of my way to make threats on someone besides you do not have hardly any followers on social media but I have them in spades remember that. Besides my track recod speaks for itself and who knows that you think you can cook, Come on girley and bring it on. Just like I said before you can’t cook your way out of a paper bag miss, You think you can but you have nothing on me. Oh while you are ahead I bought some store bought kimchi from H mart and paired it with these noodles. They are delicious and the lychee vinegar is also from this store too. There is an H mart here in Chicago on Jackson in the near West Side of the city. One day Inshallah I will make the homemade kimchi and will post it.
