Hello this starts with any type of fuit juice of choice, either Lacroix or Perrier sparkling water in any flavor. Add 1 packet of stevia, coconut sugar, turbinado sugar, honey, agave nectar or sugar free syrup only if you are using unsweetened cranberry, lemon or lime juice either from reconstituted or freshly sqeezed.
Also 1 grapefruit or orange of any type, tangerine, tangelo or kamquat freshly squeezed or add 1 oz of unsweetened cranberry juice, 1 packet of stevia or 1 tsp of other sweetener of choice, stir and add 1 can or bottle of sparkling mineral water in highball glass. garnish with slices of fruit. For the citrus fruit garnish, go ahead and slice them very thinly and on one side only cut a slit and slide it over the glass. For smaller fruits like blue berries, rasberries and black berries all you have to do is thread them on toothpicks and lay them either inside or on top of the glass, for a fresh cherry only place inside of the glass at the bottom. The quenepa, rambutan, logan or leachy can be peeled and put inside of the glass as well. Olives can be used only for lemon or lime juice is used and a tooth pick is inserted and placed inside or on the rim of the glass. A slice of fresh pineapple too is also a great garnish for the rim of the glass. Just remove the bark and cut the pineapple in to slices. Do not throw the pineapple bark away because this will be tossed in the pot along with hibuscus flowers along with others to be made in to zobo.
By the way if using grapefruit juice do not add sweetener. In my opinion this tastes yucky. Ok go ahead and add if. you want to because for citrus is purely optional but a total must for lemon, lime and kamquat. You can use the bottled juices of any of the citrus juices too as of convenience. Cherry, grape, apple cider, pineapple, pomagrante are great options indeed, also you can use peach, pear, or even appricot purè To make the fruit purè take 1 picece of fruit and cut in to small pieces and add to blender with 1/2 cup of water for blending. Also you can add a splah of prune juice and not so much because it will send you to the bathroom and clean you out very well. My paternal grandfather called it the bowl mover. Last but not least, take a tiny pinch of dried edible flowers and lay it on the top for a garnish option too, Another option if any type of citrus is used only is a tiny pinch of either pink salt or black salt.
