Actually this is another type of sherbat that I think lots of people will love. There are people who are on a sugar restrictive diet like me which is by choice or someone that is on it by doctor’s orders like if someone is a diabetic. There are some people with hypoglycemia too which is the total opposite of a diabetc. I have known a couple of them when I was very young but the diabetics I have been around are far too many since childhood. However during the time I was consuming huge ammounts of sugar that I was always being so congested and I wasn’t able to lose weight and keep it off and then my triglycerides was high too. The strangest thing of all is my cholesterol was normal. After I kicked white sugar to the curb permentantly, I started to notice things like I can breath better and my triglyceride levels returned to a normal range.
These are extremely amazing. Now time to get out that tea kettle and fill it up with water and set to a boil. Get the pitcher out and add either 1/4 cup of rice syrup which I bought from H mart, sugar free syrup from any Middle Eastern grocery stores, turbindano sugar, coconut sugar, honey or 4 packets of stevia can be. bought at a lot of grocery stores. Set the pitcher aside. The tea kettle should be on high heat until it whistles then turn off the heat. In a thermal container add 1 tea egg with two pinches of edible rose pettles to it. close it and place inside the thermal container and add the hopt water. Add 1 pinch of red food color, 1 drop each of rose and kewra essense that can be found in any Indian and Pakistani grocery stores. Let this sit until it becomes room temp and remove the tea egg and throw the used up edible dried rose pettles. You can buy thiese from either Cermac or Amazon.
Now let’s add 1 oz of lemon juice to the pitcher and add the contents of the thermal container to the pitcher and stir then add the remaining water from the tea kettle and from the water filtration pitcher. It should be 2 liters or 1/2 gallon. Stir and place in the refrigerator to chill and enjoy either alone or with ice. this is also perfect for Iftar during Ramadan.
