Heys never mind the other things in the background of this smoothie. The main thing is because it is my lunch along with my grilled cheese sandwich on dark rye.
I made this all of from powdered substances such as 3 tsps of powdered yogurt from Hooshier Hills Farms, 2 tsps of everything else. The spinach and kale powders are from the same company, alfafa leaf by Frontier Co-op, wheatgrass juice power by Navitas.
These I bought from Amazon. You may check Whole Foods Market too. By Regal Super Gormet Foods is the same amount that I used is the same amount except for the powdered yogurt. However you can use the fresh Desi yogurt in place of the powdered kind if you perfer.
These powders are hemp, spirulina, Chorella and maca. These can be bought at Cermac or other brands you can buy at Amazon or Whole Foods Market.
Add 2 cups of plain filtered water from the Britta pitcher. Add sweetener of choice. The sweetener is purely optional. Add either 1 pinch of turbinado sugar, palm sugar, monk fruit, erythritol, 1 packet of stevia, 1 drop of rice syrup, agave nectar or sugar free syrup which is maltitol. That is by Ziyad Brothers.
I used agave nectar this time. One more optional is also either 1 pinch of flax seed, chia seed or takmaria which is basil seed. They can be found at Cermac grocery store or for takmaria only at any Indian and Pakistani grocery store.
