I have another spaghetti squash recipe for y’all. This one can be made different ways What you will need is to cut a spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds and that is it. Next you will have to make in advance if you are using is Marinara Sauce or Alfredo Sauce, for the Smoked Italian Sausage Either Hot And Or Sweet which you do in advance if you are using. However preheat the oven to 375F or 190C.
Add 1/4 cup of oil in the roasting pan. I added olive but you can add either canola, corn, vegetable, sunflower, safflower, grapeseed, avocado, peanut or 3 tbs of butter ghee.
In a good sized bowl add either 1 lb or kg of goat, beef, veal, lamb or chicken cut in tiny pieces or the same amount of either ground goat, lamb, beef, chicken, veal or turkey. Chop 1 onion or shallot, mince 3 cloves of garlic. If you are not adding any sauce then you can add 4 sundried tomatoes. For vegans and vegetarians you can add 1/2 of veggie crumbles. Morningstar Farm, Boka or even Beyond meat which is extremely tasty. Only Beyond Meat is soy free for people who have soy allergy.
If using sauce please bear in mind that the sauce has a lot of seasoning already but if you are not using sauce then go ahead and season as you like. Add whichever herb of your choosing if you wish. I added rosemarry, marjarom, oregano, thyme. You can also add basil, chervil, chives, parsley, cilentro, dill, savory, lovage or even tarragon if you wish. These are the list of herbs that I would use and any color of peppercorns used in a mortar and pestle to grind in to a coarse powder.
Add either pink salt, adobo, goya seasonador, kosher salt, sea salt kosher salt, seasond salt, vegtea seasoning or 1 bullion cube or bullion powder. Make sure these are a pinch measurement wise.
Add 3 dashes each of balsamic or wine vinegar, maggi or knorr aroma. Place the spaghetti squash halves in a roasting pan and stuff it with the meat or veggie burger crumbles mixture inside the. squash itself. If using alfredo sauce then there is no need to add cheese because it is a cheese sauce. You can add a slice of cheese if you are adding the marinara sauce and it doesn’t really matter which type of cheese you use.
There is even vegan cheese which is dairy and soy free that I love very much one is by Dayia and Myoko’s Creamery. This is perfect if you are even lactose intolerant. I didn’t add sauce and just used 4 pieces sundried tomatoes instead. Place it in the oven without the sauce and cheese for an hour and then the next half hour then add sauce and or chese if you desire. It is one slice of cheese per half or you can go ahead and shred at least 1/4 cup worth. The cheese should have melted and been bubbly. Also the spaghetti squash should easily be removed from its shell.
This should at least feed about 3 to 4 people and it is super yummy.
