This is a very simple recipe and I had made it up to have for breakfast and Riaz and I found it to be very tasty. Now I am going to share the recipe with you guys. Most things I love about breakfast food because it is so simple and no fuss.
Ingredients: 4 eggs cage free, I love eggland’s best eggs.
1 pinch of curry powder
1 pinch of red chili powder
a couple of dashes of seasoned salt
1 tbs of olive oil
Method: I cracked 4 eggs in a bowl and added curry powder, red chili powder and seasoned salt.
I beat the eggs at this point mixing the masala and the seasoned salt in the process.
In a skillet let it get hot first then add your olive oil.
Pour the egg mixture in the skillet this is spicy scrambled eggs.
not ahnda ki bhurji ahnda ki bhurji has veggies in it along with the eggs it is similar to an omelette. Enjoy this with paratha and chutney.
