Chocolate was always a guilty pleasure of mine. Naturally I am a female. Now I can indulge in other ways because I found healthier ways to do without white sugar.
I preheated the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees centigrade. I got out my mixing bowl and added 4 handfuls of all purpose unbleached flour, 2 pinches of baking powder, 1 tbs of dark cocoa powder that is unsweetened, 2 handfuls of nido, 1 pinch of pink salt, 2 pinches of chia seeds, now it is time to stir and add the wet ingredients.
Add 1 egg, 1 drop of vanilla essence, 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tbs of plain yogurt, 1 tbs of tahini, 1 cup of water a little at a time until you have a nice batter.
Here I took the electric mixer and on low speed made sure the batter was more smooth and lump free. I took a cake pan and lined it with parchment paper and baked them in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Ovens vary so go with the flow.
Enjoy! P.S. You can fill the ramicans and pop each one in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes just fill it half way with the batter. or in intant pot duo crisp there is a bake setting. The temp and time comes on automatically.
Just put 1 cup of water at the bottom and place the trivet. I have a spring form pan set. the smallest of these fit in the cooker.
Place the air fryer lid, bake and start. The temp takes you automatically to 365F for 30 minutes.
