If you remember about the recipe I had posted on how to make the dough I am going to post the link below to tell you how the dough is made. You can not make paratha without the dough and it is the same dough that you use to make chapati, paratha, puri and katlimas with. I did the chapati post last time if you remember this is in the same family called paratha. However this has oil in it as the pictures I post is going to tell you on how to make the parathas. How To Make Dough For Chapatti, Paratha, Puri And Katlima
However the finished paratha is the one I had taken before it is off the tawa and now to tell a story with the pictures.

I folded the dough like this to keep the oil in the dough and so it doesn’t make a huge mess. It also makes the part of the layers in the paratha to make it nice and flaky.

Here I rolled it until it is like a ball. Mr. Riaz just raves that my paratha is the best because of this tecnique. Ttust me I have 30 years + of paratha expertise under my belt. At first I just added oil to a frying pan and made paratha this way and found out that it created a mess then I went to pakistan and was watching my nieces and sister in laws making paratha and this is what they did so I said that I will try it out myself and it makes a way better paratha.
Here you see the rings after I rolled them out and yes this is my huge tray and it keeps my cunter and my table clean and this rolling pen never fails me. Lol he is on the phone with one of my brother in laws now talking about my parathas. 😀

Here is my paratha cooking on the tawa. I had to act quick while taking this picture because I did not want it to burn. I really have to pay attention. The finished paratha pictue is at the very top of the post after the titile. It is the featured image.
This is great with achar, while drinking chai or kawa, with a fried or scrambled eggs in the morning for breakfast and even with the masala eggs from the masala eggs post.
Enjoy !!!!! yummy yeh bahot mazar ki hain!!!
Oops I got carried away I am merely exclaming on how delicious this is.
