I wanted to do a Chinese fusion dish based on a pack of a ramen noodle type. When I have finished making it I found out it tasted pretty amazing to my taste buds. I am now going to share with you on how I did this.
It is with only 1 can of tuna either in water or oil undrained. I added 3 cups of water to a pot and boiled the water and poached an egg in it. It is either 1 chicken egg or 3 quail eggs that is purely optional. The egg gets cracked and added to the boiling water and I waited until the yolk was cooked because I do not like raw egg yolks. Some people do not like eggs in their noodles that is why I left it as being optional.
Now add the undrained can of tuna to the water with the seasoning packet and either your choice of 1 hot chili deseeded, 1 drop of chili sauce or 1 pinch of red chili powder or African yellow chili powder only to a non spicy types of noodles only.
Chings for one is very spicy and try it yourself, do not just take my word for it. Add 1 handful of fresh chinese vegetables or 1 can of chinese vegetables of choice drained and rinced. This is optional too and I really hate using canned veggies. The canned veggies is my very last resort.
Add the noodles itself and cook until it is very soft. While this is cooking add 4 green onions chopped. This is optional too. Add either 1 drop of fish sauce, oyster sauce or 1 dab of crab paste or shrimp paste. Stir and add either add 1 drop of panzu sauce, tamari sauce, soy sauce or dark soy sauce. Add 1 drop of sesame oil. Stir again and and turn off heat. Let sit for 5 minutes and enjoy with a cup of tea.
