Mr. Riaz wanted chutney to go with the kababs and so what I came up with on a spur of the moment that would complement the next post coming up. I added 1/2 cup of plain desi yogurt to a bowl and whipped it until it is smooth. It is kind of thick so I added 1/4 cup of water and mixed it very well.
I added 1 clove of garlic to mortar and pestle and ground it then added this to yogurt mixture along with 1 tsp of tahini and 3 tbs of capers with their juice and mixed it until it was blended very nicely.
You do not need to do anything else with this recipe here. All you need is the kabab.
