This can be made with any brand and any type of noodles. I have used Shan ketchup flavor noodles for this. Shan can be found in many Pakistani grocery stores. The last two noodle recipes I posted was pretty dry and I wanted something I can slurp. I add 1 cup of water in a sauce pan and brought it to a boil and of course I am a dunker and dunked my noodles in the boiling water. I added the seasoning packet that came with the noodles so no extra salt is added, please take note.
I also added 1 quail egg, you can add 1 chicken egg too, just crack the egg and add to the noodles and I used 1 tiny chunk of cheese.
When the cheese has melted, the noodles soft and the egg is nice and cooked.
